Kerrs Creek Wind Farm Team Shares Benefit Approach with Community Committee

In February 2026, Dubbo Regional Council invited the RES Kerrs Creek Wind Farm team to present to the Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) Benefit Committee. During the session, Community Engagement Manager, Kim Stone, and Development Project Manager, Rhys Adcock, outlined the project’s proposed benefit sharing initiatives, including the neighbour shared benefit scheme and the planning agreement currently under negotiation with Dubbo Regional Council.

The discussion focused on how the Kerrs Creek Wind Farm can meaningfully contribute to local priorities, deliver transparent community benefits, and ensure residents in and around the Dubbo region have a clear and influential voice in shaping long-term outcomes for the project.
